Cobras

March 16, 2022

In this episode Alex is talking about a group of highly venomous snakes that are known for their signature hoods. With enough venom to kill an adult elephant, a species of this snake is one of the top ten most venomous snakes in the world. The fear that people have for them is also one of the reasons why their populations aren’t doing well. So, watch your step while walking through the brush because this week we’re talking about cobras.

“The largest true cobra is the forest cobra which can grow to lengths of up to 10 feet long, which is like lining up three and a half full size guitars together.”
