Moles

October 20, 2021

This week, Alex is going to be talking about an animal that lives among us, but we rarely ever see. They have extreme adaptations that help them survive, and have some amazing behaviors that are critical to our environment. So, grab a headlamp because we’re heading into some underground tunnel systems to talk about moles.

“[Moles] can aerate the soil and turn it over while mixing in nutrients, which is especially helpful in areas of waterlogged soil.”
