Sea Turtles

August 18, 2021

Listen On: Spotify Apple Podcasts

The animal that we’re talking about on this episode may be one of the most beloved creatures on the planet, but their populations are dwindling. Because their conservation is so important, Alex brought on expert Joanie Steinhaus, Program Director at the Turtle Island Restoration Network, onto the show to get some more information about these amazing animals. So, get ready to hold your breath for a while, because we’re heading into the ocean to talk about sea turtles.

“Sea turtles, they have an internal compass that allows them to navigate hundreds or thousands of miles depending on how far they travel in the open ocean.” – Joanie Steinhaus
